Join us for a live and interactive cooking class via Chibo as Chelsea Plummer of Mae’s Menu teaches her recipe for Lemon Bars. Participants will follow along with Chelsea while she guides us through her lemon bar recipe with tips and tricks. After the class, participants can log back in to their Chibo accounts to re-watch the class recording as many times as they would like. All ticket proceeds go to The Humane Education Society of Chattanooga to provide and advocate for homeless, abused, and neglected animals. To purchase a ticket, visit 

About Chelsea Plummer Chelsea is the creator behind Mae’s Menu, a food blog dedicated to sharing healthy options & inspiration for runners, athletes, and people on the go. Chelsea is a recipe developer, marathon runner, food photographer and dog lover based in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is a self-taught cook with more than 20 years of experience! She believes healthy food should be accessible, doable, and delicious. After all, it fuels us for all of life's activities and adventures.
