HES is so thankful and excited to be this year's beneficiary for the fifth annual St Elmo Stroll Luminaria Festival! This community stroll and block party on Dec. 20th will feature live music, vendors, food trucks, holiday market, and more! Stroll the beautiful luminaria-lined street with your family + furry friends and see the neighborhood come alive with laughter and light!
HES will be there with adoptable shelter dogs, so be sure to come say hi!
