HES is hosting a kitten shower at Tanasi Brewing to prepare for the inevitable arrival of hundreds of baby kittens during Kitten Season.
Kitten Season, usually late Spring through early Fall, is when unfixed cats are typically mating, and the result is thousands of unwanted, abandoned, or orphaned litters.
HES's Kitten Shower - like a baby shower - is a fun way for us to stock up on necessary supplies in anticipation for our tiny guests. We've already started getting some early arrivals, and have approximately 40 neonatal kittens in care!
Bring a donation from our Kitten Wish List to the shower and be entered in a raffle to win some amazing prizes. There will be light refreshments, as well as beer specials from Tanasi, and of course, PLENTY of itty bitty kitten snuggles to warm your heart - and remind us just exactly who we're doing all this for!
