POSTPONED - Rock on at Kelly’s Adopt-A-Thon
POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER! In memory of the late Kelly McCoy, Chattanooga radio superstar and passionate animal advocate, HES and Cumulus Media Chattanooga are hosting the 2nd Annual ROCK ON AT KELLY’S ADOPT-A-THON!

About the event
Due to inclement weather, we will unfortunately have to POSTPONE Kelly's Adopt-A-Thon. WE WILL STILL HAVE FREE ANIMAL ADOPTIONS ALL DAY during regular shelter hours, from 12pm-5pm, but we will NOT have vendors or live music at the shelter. We hope to reschedule this super fun event and be able to celebrate Kelly's legacy, but at a later date when the weather decides to cooperate. We will keep everyone posted with new dates once we have them set. We apologize for any inconvenience. Once again, we are STILL HAVING FREE ANIMAL ADOPTIONS TODAY from 12pm-5pm!

Our annual adopt-a-thon in Kelly’s memory is FREE and family-friendly.
The event will include:
- Local Vendors
- Live music by local band No Big Deal
- Games
- Free adoptions for shelter animals (excludes puppies)
We hope to find forever homes for 45 animals on the 20th in correlation with KZ106 turning 45 this year!
Kelly used her platform on KZ106 to promote shelter animals through “Kelly’s Pet Project” finding homes for hundreds of pets over many years before passing away in March of 2022. Her support for HES will forever be a part of her legacy and we are so excited to honor her with getting as many animals adopted into their forever homes as we can!
