HES and Deja Nu will open to the public at 1:00PM on 11/14/2019 for our groundbreaking ceremony

The Humane Educational Society has broken ground at the future home of our new facility!

Please join us for this special celebration: Thursday, November 14th at 10:00am! This event is open to the public and all are invited to attend at 4155 Randolph Circle. Expect a special announcement about donation opportunities for the new animal care center. 

Operating hours on 11/14 will be 1:00pm - 6:00pm. Regular operating hours of 11:00am - 5:00pm will resume on 11/15. 

HES's adoption services will be closed to the public, but Animal Services Officers will be on call in case of an emergency.

An emergency is defined as a stray injured or sick domestic animal or a situation involving a dog or cat bite. If your issue is an emergency, please call.  Officers are on-call 24/7 for emergencies only in our service areas. 

If a bite has occurred, report the bite to the Health Department at (423) 209-8110.
